David graduated at De Montfort University, Leicester in 1995 and qualified as a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 1997 and then fellowship in 2010. David has been a member of the Association for Project Safety since 2015 and successfully qualified as a certified member in early 2018 which demonstrates his depth and breadth of skills, knowledge and experience in design and construction health and safety risk management.
David has been an assessor for the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) since 2001 and a Licensed Chairman from 2009, David was also a Governor at Leeds College of Building between 2009 and 15 and during his 6 years of office he chaired the student liaison committee and sat on the capital working group which delivered the £16m new build city centre development.
