James is an experienced Chartered Surveyor (MRICS), Employers Agent & Project Manager, and has 13 years industry experience in residential and commercial property developments and refurbishment.
He graduated at Liverpool John Moore’s University on 2004, and became a Member of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 2007. In 2015 he became a Registered Member of the Association of Project Safety which compliments his role as a Principal Designer.
